These Terms govern your use of the RigHaven website and mobile app. By using RigHaven, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Overview
RigHaven connects truck drivers with private parking spaces offered by independent lot owners. RigHaven is not the owner or operator of listed lots.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Bookings
Drivers agree to follow lot rules. Lot owners agree to provide accurate listing details and honor confirmed bookings.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. RigHaven may charge service fees which will be disclosed before booking.
5. Liability
RigHaven is not responsible for lot conditions, damages, theft, or misuse of property. All interactions are between drivers and lot owners.
6. Prohibited Use
Users may not misrepresent listings, abuse the platform, or engage in illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion.
